Manage all aspects of litigation, including file strategy, settlement negotiations, expert engagement, client reporting, and hearing preparation. Contribute to the team's success through knowledge sharing, precedent development, and presentations on emerging case law and legislative developments, while maintaining a target caseload and hybrid work expectations. Maintain carriage of files in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to litigation deadlines, reporting requirements, and service standards.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the litigation team by developing, updating, and maintaining precedents, templates, and litigation resources. Monitor developments in Accident Benefits and LAT jurisprudence, and share legal and industry updates with internal stakeholders and clients through presentations, training sessions, and written summaries. Minimum 2 years of Insurance Defense or commercial litigation experience Proficiency with Outlook and all MS Office applications High degree of proficiency with English required to service customers, both internal to the company and external, across Canada.
