Our systems and the data they provide enable users to operate more efficiently and safely.Our knowledge, field experience, and commitment to customer service are just a few of the things that set us apart from the competition.Employment Type: Full Time Start Date: Immediately The CFO is a trusted business partner to the CEO, Global President, and senior leadership team, providing financial stewardship, strategic insight, and leadership to support the Company's growth, profitability, and long-term success.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury management, risk management, and corporate governance. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping business strategy while ensuring strong financial controls and operational excellence across the organization. Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of the Company's strategic plan.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth, acquisitions, capital investments, and operational initiatives. Lead all accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to the CEO, Global President, and Executive Leadership Team.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Treasury & Risk Management Manage banking relationships,
financing arrangements, and cash management strategies. Oversee corporate insurance programs and risk management initiatives.
Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and compliance risks. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax, audit, and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial policies.
Coordinate annual audits and work closely with external auditors and advisors. Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Partner with leaders across the organization to support business performance and employee development. Strategic and Analytical Thinking - Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to apply sound financial and operational judgment to support organizational growth and long-term success. Attention to Detail and Operational Excellence - Maintains a high degree of accuracy and diligence while ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Adaptability and Continuous Improvement - Thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and actively drives innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.
Experience within engineering, technology, professional services, energy, industrial services, or project-based organizations.
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, financing activities, or significant business growth initiatives.
