You will help to develop and deliver quality exercise and education programs for healthy members and members who may be inactive and/or dealing with chronic health conditions. You will support members one on one or in a small group as a Personal Trainer, prescribing exercise based on individual needs. As an adult program staff you will be given hours to work on the fitness floor.

Some of the responsibilities include cleaning equipment, booking new members orientations, building relationships with members, giving free demos. Flexible hours – days , evenings and weekends required.
