Pharmasave on 5th is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager. We are a boutique Pharmacy attached to medical clinic providing family practice and specialist care. We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced Pharmacy Manager with vivid expertise in team-oriented care to join our team!

- Deliver personalized, patient-centered healthcare and medication advice
- Accurately prepare, check, and dispense prescriptions
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to support home healthcare solutions and clinical services
- Being a member of the community and fostering local relationships
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate dispensing
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule staff while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Ensure compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy regulations and standards
- Manage inventory, procurement, and workflow to maintain efficiency
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community
- Other duties as required
- A valid Pharmacy Degree
- Licensed and in good standing with Alberta College of Pharmacy
- Licensed to practice in the province of Alberta
- Certificate of Injection for Drug Administration
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT)
and completed mandatory training when required
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit independent pharmacy team
- Reliability: Solid work ethic with a commitment to consistent, high-quality patient care
- The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented & efficient in a fast-paced setting
