Principal, Structural Engineering (Architecture) This is an exciting time to join our team. As a Principal, Structural Engineering, you will lead the successful delivery of our most complex and large-scale projects. Serving as a senior project delivery leader and Centre of Excellence member, you will influence how projects are delivered across the sector and organization, while mentoring the next generation of project and technical leaders. Leading the successful delivery of large scale and complex projects from pursuit through completion.
Providing executive oversight of sector project delivery, performance, quality, contractual commitments, and managing risk. Partnering with Practice Leaders, Operations, and Studio Managers to strengthen project delivery excellence across the organization. Advancing project delivery standards, governance,
and best practices as a member of the Centre of Excellence.
Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders, strengthening long-term partnerships through exceptional project outcomes. Supporting strategic pursuits by contributing project delivery expertise during planning, client presentations, and interviews. Architectural design and presentation; M&E; and structural building systems, permit and building codes ~ Membership with a relevant qualified association is an asset ~ Prior Experience in strategic development, business development, project management and client management is required ~ As an employee-owned, integrated Architecture and Engineering company, you will collaborate with talented professionals on projects that make a lasting impact on communities across Canada, the US, and the UK.
