Kilgour Bell Insurance is looking for a client-focused Private Client Manager to join our Personal Lines team in Winnipeg.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, provide personalized insurance advice and manage their personal insurance needs from current business through renewal. You’ll also assist clients with MPI/Autopac transactions while delivering the responsive, personalized service Kilgour Bell is known for.

What You’ll Do

- - Manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients with professionalism and care.

- - Process MPI/Autopac transactions, renewals and driver licensing accurately and efficiently.

- - Review renewals, identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

- - Write new home, condo, tenant and auto policies, along with travel and watercraft coverage.





- - Maintain accurate documentation and client records in Applied Systems EPIC.

- - Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.

What You Bring

- - 3–5 years of experience in personal lines and/or Autopac within an insurance brokerage.

- - Minimum Level 1 Agent/Broker Licence; Level 2 Licence and IWS Certification are considered assets.

- - Robust knowledge of MPI/Autopac and personal insurance products.

- - Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

- - Proficiency with Applied Systems EPIC and Microsoft Office.

- - A proactive, client-first mindset and commitment to exceptional service.
