Salary: Up to$28.85 per hour Start: ASAP Date Posted: The Product Content Coordinator supports the execution and maintenance of product content across wholesale and consumer channels. Working closely with the Product Content Supervisor this role is responsible for creating, formatting, publishing, and maintaining product content using structured product data, AI-assisted tools, and established content standards. The role helps ensure product content is accurate, consistent, optimized, and scalable across Salsify, wholesale platforms, consumer websites, and other digital channels.

This position combines content execution, content operations, SEO and AEO support, and quality assurance while contributing to the ongoing development of efficient AI-enabled content workflows. Create and maintain product content using structured product data and AI-assisted tools Develop first copy drafts for wholesale and consumer channels Format, publish, and update content across Salsify and other digital platforms Apply established SEO and content optimization guidelines Adapt content using approved templates and workflows Conduct first-level reviews to ensure content accuracy, completeness, and consistency Verify adherence to content standards, templates, and brand guidelines Support AI-enabled content workflows and content management processes Assist with content audits, updates, and ongoing maintenance 2+ years of experience in content management, digital content, e-commerce, marketing, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience ~ Completion of post-secondary education in Marketing,



Communications, Business, Digital Media, English, or a related field ~ Experience working with content management systems, PIM platforms, e-commerce platforms, or digital content tools ~ Robust MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, and related platforms) ~ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ~ Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing abilities ~ Familiarity with SEO best practices;
