Employer Name: CANADA WEST HARVEST CENTRE Product Support Specialist The Product Support Specialist provides technical and feature knowledge of agriculture equipment products to various audiences. Provides product training for customers and other CWHC employees. Additionally, the position is responsible for the sales and services of all technology products and services as well as setting up and installing technology equipment in the field.
Communicates technical and feature knowledge of agriculture products to end-users and internal personnel. Schedules activities such as demonstrations (in the field or customer location), customer visits, farm shows, etc. Leads and participates in internal and external training programs.
Assists with the promotion of sales of software updates, data downloading, and mapping services. Assists in product delivery, setup, and training of end users.
