Provide updates, priorities, schedules, and status of all asset and shot tasks to artists and production leadership.

Ensure Flow Production

Tracking statuses and task assignments are updated and maintained. Coordinate and package asset and shot deliveries, including submission documentation. Document decisions and requests, and ensure items are tracked and managed appropriately. Ensure effective communication between teams and production.

Experience with Flow Production Tracking. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Able to take direction and manage multiple priorities.

Experience on Unreal productions is an asset. BC Residents are preferred for this role.
