Key Responsibilities:
• Create memorable guest experiences through exceptional service
• Maintain knowledge of services and promotions at the mall
• Sell the Upper Canada Gift Card at Guest Experience locations
• Provide directions, answer questions, and assist guests
• Communicate effectively with shoppers and centre personnel
Requirements:
• High School diploma; post-secondary is preferred
• Prior guest or customer service experience required
• Positive attitude and desire for guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and conflict management skills
• Ability to multitask in rapid-paced environments
