QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver is seeking a Co-op/Intern, Investment Accounting – Real Estate Debt to support timely accounting and reporting of mortgage investments. You will work with Real Estate Operations, Corporate Accounting and Portfolio Reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include daily transaction recording, NAV checks, cash reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
