As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting the production process that transforms logs into high-quality lumber. In this position, you’ll work alongside a team of production workers and skilled trades professionals, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the mill. Training will include a variety of tasks such as machine operation, fire watch, stacking, cleaning, and more providing you with valuable skills and career growth opportunities.

You’ll work a full-time rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts to support continuous production.
