Program Coordinator- Best Buy Business Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes? You will facilitate new client onboarding, participate in fraud vetting, and assist with program management functions, including custom client catalogs. You will also play a part in creating leads to drive new customer business.

We practice a remote-first working model, leveraging in-person interactions at our head office in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes. This includes administering user access, verifying compliance with internal protocols, and ensuring business operations. Set daily priorities for managing incoming pricing and product-related requests, ensuring timely responses and coordination across internal teams by effectively organizing and overseeing multiple shared inboxes.

When necessary, assist the Program Manager with analysis for creating and maintaining budgets related to Best Buy Business Marketplace sales and operating margins. Review and assign data-driven leads in Salesforce to drive new revenue streams for Best Buy Business account managers.



1–2 years of experience in administration or a business-to-business environment. ~ A bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, commerce, business management, marketing, logistics, or a related field is preferred. ~ A background in finance, business, or logistics is an asset but is not required.
