Project Planning and Coordination : Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of facilities improvement, utilities, and minor construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulations.

Budget and Cost Management : Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring costs remain within limits while optimizing resource usage.

Vendor and Contractor Management : Select and oversee vendors and contractors,



ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project specifications.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including GMP and safety standards, through inspections and audits.
