You'll collaborate closely with employees and management to review policies, conduct risk assessments, and lead investigations of safety incidents. Key Responsibilities:
• Support EHS processes and compliance across the facility • Develop and review health and safety policies • Conduct incident investigations and analyze root causes • Ensure employee safety training is current and effective • Assist in the implementation of safety management systems
Requirements: • Minimum four years EHS experience in manufacturing • Strong knowledge of occupational safety laws • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in MS Office software • Familiarity with ISO standards 14001 or 45001
