CAM Packaging Systems is expanding in Canada and seeking a driven Sales Representative / Account Manager to grow our market for VFFS , Premade Bagging , Weighing , Counting, Sorting and Full Automation Systems .

What You'll Do

- Develop new business opportunities across your Canadian territory
- Expand existing customer accounts with automation upgrades
- Drive Year 1 sales to achieve your target
- Support marketing initiatives and represent CAM at industry events
- Build long-term relationships in manufacturing, food processing, and industrial packaging
- Work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver solutions

What You Bring

- Experience in the packaging equipment industry - capital equipment, packaging machinery lines or components,



automation or integration sales
- Experience with the CAM equipment market is an asset
- Robust technical aptitude, consultative selling skills and understanding of production workflows
- Independent, driven and comfortable with frequent travel
- Experience selling packaging machinery into Canadian manufacturing environments is a strong plus.

Compensation

Salary + commission , travel coverage, sales support and full product training. You control your income, no cap.
