A Quality Associate-I, QA Assurance - Day shift, you are unafraid of navigating through necessary internal processes to facilitate a product you deeply believe in. You can absorb and act on complex procedures and data and train your team or peers if needed.

You take pride in getting things done quickly without sacrificing safety or quality. Deliver direct daily assistance on product quality concerns to guarantee adherence to GMP, regulatory, and procedural standards Support plant overtime and planned shutdowns, and other shifts as necessary Provide technical assistance in reviewing and approving procedural changes, addressing product quality concerns, reinspection, current product introduction, and Protocols Partner with Quality and Production personnel to identify and implement mitigating actions Ensure timely follow-up on quality exceptions and their preventative/corrective actions Perform final release of products to distribution, ensuring product conformity to specifications, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Maintain control of defective WIP materials to ensure adequate segregation, movement,



documentation, and timely follow-up within the plant ASQ certification or other Quality Certification preferred ~Knowledge of cGMP, ISO, and Regulatory standards ~ Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite ~ Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, Lean 6S, Kaizen, TPM, DMAIC Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
