In this pivotal role, you will oversee all Compliance Programs including HACCP, SQF, and Food Defense at our growing sites.

Acting as the SQF Practitioner, you will implement corporate policies, prepare sites for audits, and maintain the highest food safety standards. Your expertise will drive the development of quality education and training programs for our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Own all Compliance Programs from planning to execution
- Serve as SQF Practitioner ensuring best practices
- Prepare sites for MDLZ and regulatory audits
- Lead CAPA initiatives for non-conformities
- Assure compliance with FDA/CFIA regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Knowledge of food safety and GMPs
- Familiarity with regulatory agency interactions
- Solid analytical and communication skills
