Assistant Branch Manager

Metrotown Mall

office in

Expected Compensation: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $31.10 to 38.87 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

Insurance broker Level 2 license

Support the Branch Manager by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members

Guide and support sales agents to attain expected targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators

Seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales
