The Agronomy
Manager will drive success by leading a knowledgeable team dedicated to product research and commercialization. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the position is vital for advancing ADAMA Canada's solutions-based offerings. It requires effective collaboration with Product Management and the Global Product Development Team, focusing on customer-driven product concepts and industry solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to Technical Sales Agronomy teams
Oversee field trials for product evaluation
Facilitate technical knowledge sharing for launches
Collaborate on differentiated product concepts
Champion safety and compliance in operations Requirements:
University degree in agricultural life sciences
Minimum of 15 years experience in the Ag industry
Solid strategic thinking and decision-making skills
Ability to build cross-functional relationships
Willingness to travel across Canada and the US Shape the future of agronomy at ADAMA Canada by combining leadership, strategy, and technical expertise.
