Active, we are seeking a full time Member Engagement Associate to ensure our members receive a five-star experience. This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently. Engage with guests to meet their needs, assist with inquiries, and maintain cleanliness in the front lobby and cafe. Key Responsibilities:
Greet members warmly and assist with inquiries
Answer questions about fitness schedules and services
Process day passes for prospective clients
Maintain cleanliness of front lobby and cafe
Update member records in CRM software

Requirements:
1+ year experience in customer service
Post-secondary education in health and fitness (asset)
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Ability to conduct a Criminal Background Check
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
