, and requires a valid Government of Canada Secret security clearance . The resource will manage an entire cross-functional defence data team comprising Data Engineers and Business Intelligence Analysts
, including project dependencies and feature releases across multiple concurrent lines of effort. Products will operate at the Protected A level or higher and be administered directly through an enterprise
Azure DevOps (ADO) setting.
Candidates must hold a valid PMP , a master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management,
Managerial Economics, or a closely related business/management discipline from a recognized Canadian university
, and an active advanced Product Owner certification: A-CSPO, CSP-PO, PSPO II, PSPO III, or Protected POPM . Candidates must also clearly demonstrate at least five continuous years within the past eight years operating as a Senior Product Owner or Agile Delivery Lead for a Government of Canada National Defence or national security/intelligence data team . Applicants who cannot clearly demonstrate every mandatory credential and experience requirement will not be considered.
