- Maintain recruitment systems and ensure compliance
- Foster community partnerships to build talent pipelines Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and ATS technologies
- Ability to analyze and report on recruitment data Drive effective recruitment and build a culturally informed workforce at ONWA.
