Rental Rates

$55 / half day

9:00 am–3:00 pm or 3:00 pm–9:00 pm

$85 / full day

9:00 am–9:00 pm The space is equipped with:

- Electric treatment tables
- Linens included with rental
- On site laundry room with sink
- storage space available
- Waiting area for clients
- Fully furnished treatment rooms The Strathcona Health Centre
- Paid parking lots or free street parking
- Elevator access and fully wheelchair accessible
- Close to major transit routes
- Secure bike lock-up available

What’s expected

- Minimum 2 month commitment
- Rental payment due at the start of each month
- Cleaning and tidying the space after every shift




- Washing, drying and folding laundry on site
- Scent free environment to keep the space safe for clients and practitioners who have allergies.
