The role will provide hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations while supporting accurate records, process improvements, and cross-functional problem-solving.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist the Purchasing team with day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.* Support STORES operations, including inventory-related activities and maintaining accurate records.* Work closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Stores to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory-related issues.* Support the SAP implementation team with system-related activities, data entry, testing, documentation, and other tasks as required.* Help maintain accurate and organized purchasing and inventory records* Demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.* Demonstrate robust attention to detail and accuracy,



particularly when working with data and reports.* Communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers through professional verbal and written communication.**Basic Requirements:*** Currently enrolled in a college or university co-op program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
