Drive addiction treatment excellence and operational oversight. In this full-time role, you will oversee program delivery, ensuring a secure and compliant setting for client recovery.

You will mentor and support staff while promoting a culture of unity and servant leadership. Engage actively in community relations, building strong partnerships with churches and families. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor client engagement and program effectiveness
Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards
Coordinate facility operations and resource management
Represent the organization in community settings Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Ministry, Business, or related field
Leadership experience preferred in related sectors
Effective communication and organizational abilities
Alignment with faith-based mission
