Socket.dev is seeking a Mental Health Specialist for night shifts to monitor and triage overnight queue within the Dialogue platform. You will handle low-acuity requests through acute crises, coordinating care pathways and safety planning.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/French), hold a bachelor's in a mental health field, and have 2+ years of intervention experience. This is a 100% remote role with healthcare advantages and paid time off.
