In this role, you will collaborate with the Active Living Manager, supporting program planning and record-keeping while building relationships with residents and their families. This position involves creativity, effective communication, and a commitment to the elderly’s well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement meaningful programs for residents
Maintain accurate records of resident participation
Communicate effectively with staff, families, and volunteers
Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
Assist with resident activity assessments

Requirements:
College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
Experience working with seniors preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver’s license for resident transportation
