You will work within a team of 13 teachers to provide enriching educational experiences for approximately 260 junior high students. Your leadership will emphasize diversity, community involvement, and a commitment to academic excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives for school improvement and professional development
Promote a team-oriented environment among students and staff
Develop academic and social/emotional intervention frameworks




Enhance relationships with First Nations, Métis & Inuit communities
Integrate technology to support student learning

Requirements:
Significant experience in educational leadership is required
Must achieve a Master of Education within three years
Dedication to lifelong learning and professional development
High expectations for literacy assessment outcomes
Solid understanding of educational research and practice
