Become an Accounting Support Analyst at PBS Systems in Milton, ON, through our full time, 6-month internship. Focus on customer training and software support in the accounting area. In this enriching role, you will work with the Client Services team, helping customers navigate their dealership software's accounting module.

This chance requires a commitment of 40 hours weekly and a passion for providing excellent customer service throughout the software installation and training processes. Key Responsibilities:
Offer software support to customers in the Accounting module
Inform customers about the status of their escalations
Ensure qualified delivery of support services
Build relationships with customers through effective communication
Assist in managing helpdesk ticket responses Requirements:
Fundamentals of accounting knowledge
Currently enrolled in an Accounting Diploma/Certificate program
Experience in Automotive Dealership Accounting preferred
Excellent communication and analytic skills
