Accounts Senior - Peterborough

Clark Wood is working with a leading accountancy practice who are looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

This is a great chance to manage a wide-ranging portfolio of clients while joining a supportive firm offering excellent career progression.

The Role
Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.
Assist with personal tax matters.
Review bookkeeping and VAT returns.
Provide advice and support to clients.
Mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Manage deadlines and attend client meetings where required.

About You
3+ years’ UK accountancy practice experience.
ACA/ACCA qualified.
Robust accounts preparation experience.
Good knowledge of FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
Experience with Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.
Robust communication and client management skills.
