YWCA Saskatoon is seeking a Director, Development and Engagement to lead philanthropy, partnerships, and donor relations to ensure long-term sustainability. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will direct fund development activities including major gifts, annual giving, grants, events, sponsorships, and partnerships. You will report to the CEO and lead a high-performing team across revenue growth, communications, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.
