Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and help train junior cooks to ensure quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare all food items for the workstation
• Maintain health and safety standards

• Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in a large kitchen setting
• Experience in Garde Manger, Hot Kitchen, and Line Cooking
• Ability to train 2nd and 3rd Cooks
• Red Seal certification is an asset
