CGI is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors / HR Lead, bilingual in French and English, to join a major ERP and HR transformation program.

The successful candidate will lead the functional design and implementation of Human Capital Management processes within SAP SuccessFactors, including employee data, organizational structures, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance, talent development, learning, and time management.

The individual will act as the functional lead for the Human Resources domain and work closely with the client's HR organization as well as SAP S/4HANA, Integration, Data, Security, Architecture, and Change Management teams to ensure an integrated, consistent, and sustainable HR solution.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Lead the functional design and implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors solution.

Act as the end to end functional lead for the Human Resources domain.

Lead Fit to Standard workshops and translate HR business requirements into standardized and sustainable SAP processes.

Define target HR processes and ensure consistency across the different SuccessFactors modules.

Design core Employee Central processes and structures, including employee data, organizational structures, jobs, positions, and employee lifecycle events.

Lead the design of recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding processes.

Define processes for performance management, goals, compensation, career development, talent management, and learning.

Participate in the design of time management and absence processes.

Ensure functional consistency across Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Career & Development, Learning, Recruiting/SmartRecruiters, Onboarding, and Time Tracking, based on the program scope.

Define and coordinate integration requirements with payroll systems and other HR applications.

Lead the functional design of the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Nethris, including employee, organizational, time, and payroll related data.

Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA for processes and data requiring integration with Finance, Projects, or other business domains.

Define role, authorization, and HR data access requirements in collaboration with Security and IAM teams.

Ensure privacy, personal information protection, and confidentiality requirements are incorporated into the solution design.

Define HR reporting, dashboard, KPI, and analytics requirements.

Identify gaps between current HR processes and standard SuccessFactors capabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.

Challenge customization requirements to promote Fit to Standard and Clean Core principles.

Coordinate SuccessFactors functional consultants across the different modules.

Document design decisions, target processes, functional requirements, and business rules.

Participate in the definition, cleansing, mapping, validation, and migration of HR data.

Collaborate with Integration and Data teams to ensure the quality and consistency of interfaces and HR data.

Define functional and integration test scenarios and support SIT and UAT activities.





Support defect resolution and ensure the functional quality of the HR solution.

Work closely with Change Management teams to support the adoption of new HR processes and tools.

Contribute to training, knowledge transfer, deployment readiness, cutover, and stabilization activities.

Act as the SAP SuccessFactors / HR functional authority for the client, CGI teams, SAP, and technology partners.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Mandatory Requirements

Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

University degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR/HCM systems, including significant experience with SAP solutions.

Minimum of 7 years of hands on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Demonstrated experience designing SuccessFactors solutions involving multiple integrated modules.

Participation in at least 3 major SAP SuccessFactors implementation or transformation projects, with significant responsibility for the HR domain.

Experience designing end to end HR processes covering multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.

Strong understanding of organizational structures, employee data, jobs, positions, and SuccessFactors data models.

Experience across multiple SuccessFactors areas such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Career & Development, or Time Tracking.

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with an external payroll system.

Experience designing and validating HR interfaces and data flows.

Strong understanding of security, privacy, confidentiality, and personal information protection requirements associated with HR solutions.

Experience with SuccessFactors roles and authorizations, including Role Based Permissions (RBP).

Experience with HR data migration and validation.

Experience leading Fit to Standard workshops and designing target business processes.

Ability to translate complex HR requirements into simple, standardized, and maintainable solutions.

Experience with functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Ability to coordinate multiple functional consultants and SuccessFactors workstreams.

Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively with HR, business, functional, and technical stakeholders.

Services under the engagement must be performed from within Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in an setting integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).

Experience and/or certifications across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

Experience With SuccessFactors Compensation.





Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.

Experience with SuccessFactors Career & Development.

Experience with SuccessFactors Learning.

Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding.

Experience with SuccessFactors Time Tracking.

Experience with SmartRecruiters or another specialized recruiting solution integrated with SuccessFactors.

Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Nethris or another Canadian payroll solution.

Experience with SAP BTP / Integration Suite for SuccessFactors integrations.

Experience With SuccessFactors HR Reporting And Analytics Capabilities.

Experience with SAP AI capabilities applied to HR processes.

Experience supporting both unionized and non unionized workforces.

Experience in the public sector, infrastructure, or highly regulated organizations.

Experience delivering complex HR transformation programs involving multiple modules, interfaces, and user groups.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 -$110,000.This role is an existing vacancy.
