Your focus will be on developing strength-based recovery plans that adhere to Housing First and Harm Reduction principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct tenant selection via BNL list with community partners
Facilitate monthly tenant meetings for engagement
Provide crisis response and ongoing participant support




Develop strength-based recovery plans for clients
Advocate for participants and connect with community resources

Requirements:
Post-secondary education in human services or related fields
5+ years of experience with individuals facing homelessness
Expertise in crisis management and participant advocacy
Robust background in community service collaboration
