As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent service standards, accurate order management, and smooth coordination between Sales, Logistics, and Accounting. You will contribute to building a strong and cooperative Sales Admin function that supports our customers and internal teams with professionalism and reliability.

Review and process sales orders while ensuring deliveries are compliant with internal processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records. Issue sales invoices and ensure data accuracy in all transactions.

Monitor and follow up on customer payments in collaboration with Accounting. Collect and consolidate information to respond promptly to customer and distributor inquiries. Collaborate effectively with Accounting, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution.

Support the continuous improvement of the sales administration process and documentation.



Ensure adherence to company sales policies and commercial terms. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or Customer Service Coordinator.

Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact with different departments and customers in a clear and professional way. Customer-centric mindset combined with strong problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of sales performance metrics and order-to-cash process. Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
