Key Responsibilities:
Manage workflow through finishing stages (primer, sealer, topcoat)
Handle, rack, and transport products and carts
Feed and catch products, ensuring correct orientation and color matching
Complete required documentation
Perform routine equipment maintenance
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Solid attention to detail and ability to handle products with care.
Ability to recognize and match colors accurately.
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace and maintain workflow.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 30lbs. or more and move carts heavy carts as needed.
