Key Responsibilities:
Sand parts for finishing to the appropriate standards.
Inspect cabinet parts for defects and make minor repairs.
Recognize wood species and door profiles.
Read paperwork, count parts and verify job completion.
Clean and maintain sanders and filters.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain an organized workstation, and demonstrate solid attention to detail and quality
Perform repetitive light lifting as required
Read and understand written instructions while maintaining a customer focused approach
Meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets
Demonstrate dependability, work effectively in a team, and take pride in producing high quality components
