Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in the Renal Transplant Unit at Shared Health in Winnipeg. Provide nursing services and coordinate care for patients with complex health needs.
In this part time role, you will deliver independent nursing services, administer prescribed treatments, and lead within a healthcare team. The position requires solid oral communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to enhancing patient-focused care.
You’ll also be responsible for facilitating discharge coordination and maintaining qualified nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver independent nursing services for patients
Administer prescribed medical treatments correctly
Lead coordination of patient care activities
Maintain communication with healthcare team members
Facilitate discharge planning and support
Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program
Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Up to 2 years of recent, related experience
CPR certification in line with Employer policy
Competency in communication and critical thinking skills
Provide exceptional nursing care while embracing the values of Shared Health in Winnipeg.
