We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who can manage accounting for our group of companies. This position combines leadership with practical accounting work, requiring proactive engagement. Key responsibilities include month-end management, collaboration with project managers, and maintaining financial controls while liaising with external accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end processes for multiple companies
Prepare and record monthly revenue accurately
Complete bank reconciliations and cash reporting
Oversee AR, invoicing, and cash receipts
Improve financial reporting and accounting processes

Requirements:
Solid experience in full-cycle accounting
Proficient in Excel with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and resolve discrepancies
Preferred background in construction accounting
CPA designation is a plus
