Key Responsibilities:
Perform physical and cognitive functional assessments
Create and monitor work simulation programs
Partner with stakeholders for return-to-work plans
Conduct job site evaluations regularly
Deliver prompt communication of assessment outcomes
Requirements:
12 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in OT
Positive standing registration with CHCPBC
Malpractice insurance of $5 million minimum
