The Prince George Hotel in Halifax is seeking a Kitchen Steward to help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. You will work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to ensure top condition of all kitchen areas. Responsibilities include dishware sanitation, cleanliness, adherence to WHMIS procedures, and protected operation of cleaning equipment. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
