Specialist will monitor the Sample Management Technicians Service group, addressing task completion and compliance with guidelines. This role requires training and coaching personnel to uphold standards, alongside effective inventory management for study materials. The specialist also addresses daily operational challenges with organized solutions to enhance service quality. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor tasks performed by Sample Management Technicians
- Report major issues to supervisors promptly




- Train and coach staff on study material procedures
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Optimize storage management of freezers and materials

Requirements:

- High school diploma in health sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years in regulated medical/pharma fields
- Familiarity with FDA-GLP and GCP
- Proficient in Watson LIMS and MS-Office
- Solid communication skills in French and English
