Join the team as a Seasonal Municipal Worker 2 to maintain arenas and ice surfaces in a part-time role through March 2027. Operate the Zamboni and conduct general custodial duties to ensure facilities are protected and clean. In this part-time, seasonal position with shifts from Monday to Sunday, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the arenas, including mechanical checks and record-keeping.

Working mainly indoors, you will deal with custodial tasks and assist with events through setup and takedown, providing excellent customer service to facility users. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Zamboni and edger for ice maintenance
- Conduct daily custodial duties and use a floor scrubber
- Perform mechanical checks on facility systems




- Maintain accurate records related to operations
- Assist with events by setting up and taking down equipment

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalency
- One year of experience in arenas or related roles
- Completion of Level One Arena course preferred
- Physical ability to lift 22.7 kg and stand for long periods
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License in Alberta or Saskatchewan
