Lead impactful Agile transformations as a Senior Agile Coach in a major financial services organization. Help teams and leadership shift from traditional methods to Agile ways of working. This role requires a Senior Agile Coach with significant experience in enterprise Agile transitions.
You will work closely with teams, Product Owners, and senior leaders to enhance Agile maturity, embedding new operational models within the organization. Your expertise in Agile principles and coaching will be essential for guiding behavioral change and optimizing project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 8+ years in Agile environments as a Coach
- Experience in large-scale Agile transformations
- Financial services sector experience required
- Robust knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile practices
- Hands-on with Jira and Confluence
