You will assess disability claims, lead recovery planning, and apply crisis intervention techniques to support clients through health transitions. Ideal candidates have healthcare or case management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Kinesiology or Business, and solid analytical and communication skills in both official languages.
