This full-time role is essential for ensuring a high-functioning, safety-first maintenance operation.As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team while maintaining an effective workflow within the mill. Your responsibilities include planning and executing maintenance schedules, promoting a strong safety culture, and collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
