As Senior
Director, Business Property Finance , you will manage a fast growing, complex portfolio :$You will cover the entire Quebec region and lead a high-performing team (Director, Associate and an Analyst) and leverage BMO's full balance sheet capabilities, including capital markets, equity, subordinated debt, and hedging solutions. Manage and grow a large, sophisticated client portfolio while optimizing profitability and risk-adjusted returns. Provide strategic financing solutions across construction, operational, and long-term real estate assets.
Lead credit underwriting, portfolio management, and risk oversight for complex transactions. Collaborate across Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, and Capital Partners to deliver integrated client solutions. Act as a sector expert, providing market insights and strategic advice to clients and senior leadership.
Lead and mentor a dedicated Associate, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance. Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, credit, and operational risk standards. 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, real estate finance, corporate lending, or a related field. ~ Strong understanding of commercial real estate and alternative asset sectors.
