Implementation Specialist to design, deploy, and support complex infrastructure, cloud, and security solutions across client environments. This is a Tier 3 escalation role that combines hands-on implementation, migration leadership, and mentorship — ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced MSP environment and wants real ownership of client outcomes. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, and security — partnering with project and service teams to deliver secure, resilient solutions for clients across the Toronto and NJ/NY metro areas.

Design, deploy, and administer Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud solutions (tenant config, licensing, identity, authentication, access controls).

Administer Windows

Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DFS, Remote Desktop Services , and core infrastructure services. Implement security and compliance tooling including Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview .



Lead root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions for recurring incidents.

Deliver remote and onsite implementation support across client environments. Use PowerShell to automate administration, monitoring, and operational tasks. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal training and documentation.

Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical incidents and after-hours events. 5+ years hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DFS, DNS. ~5+ years implementing and migrating Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Endpoint Management). ~ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
