Language Requirements: English essential performing regular quality control checks, collecting data and following established procedures supporting technical reviews, internal audits, and/or implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and service delivery monitoring and responding to client requests/ticket system the Nuclear Safety and Control Act (NSCA) and its regulations, particularly the Radiation Protection Regulations, the Class II Nuclear Facilities and Prescribed Equipment, Nuclear Substances and Radiation Devices Regulations, and the Packaging and Transport of Nuclear Substances Regulations client service principles, including understanding client needs, problem-solving, and delivering technical and safety information accurately and professionally communicate effectively orally and in writing These competencies serve as the basis for the selection, performance management, development and recognition of CNSC employees and will form part of the evaluation of this process.
